Once your internship application is accepted, a Supervisor will be assigned and you'll need to go through orientation to understand what is expected of you and how our system works.
After the first step, you will be directed to your Internship Dashboard. This is the page where tasks assigned to you will be listed. All tasks will earn you points on successful completion. You need to earn specific number of points to complete your internship. During the course of your internship, a few virtual workshops and Q&A sessions will also be organised.
You need to fulfill your tasks and submit proof of completion. Your work will be evaluated by your Supervisor and it will be accepted or rejected with feedback. You may need to resubmit if your supervisor requests. Successful completion of tasks will earn you points required to complete your internship. You will also receive personalized feedback from your Supervisor.
Earn enough points from designated tasks to be eligible for your Internship Experience Certificate and recommendation letters from global companies and brands you helped during your internship. You may also win Online Shopping Vouchers based on your performance!

Trainees.in was developed by Creativizt Communications as an internal application to manage internships at the Agency so as to better service its clients with their PR and Marketing Communication objectives.
However, due to the COVID-19 situation, we decided to expand the application and open it up to all businesses and brands that need to reach out to their target audiences utilising the vast skillpool of India's youngsters.
